Summer Camp
Reminders
Summer Camp at The Art Jam is designed with your young artist in mind!

All materials are provided, but campers are welcome to bring their own supplies if they wish.

Hours:
Drop Off and free art time - 9:30-10:00
Camp 10:00-12:00
Lunch (Please pack a lunch) 12:00-12:45
Camp 12:45-2:45
Pick up 2:45-3:00
Lunch
Light snacks and water are provided, but please bring a packed lunch.
Electronics are only allowed during free art time and lunch. We do not have wi-fi.
Pick Up
Pick up is from 2:45-3:00. Campers not picked up by 3:15 will incur an additional fee for the day.
Storage
Each camper will be provided with a cubby to store their artwork throughout the week. They can also store their lunch and any personal items. We typically ask that campers take their projects home on Friday, but they are welcome to take projects home as they finish them.
Photos
We try to take photos throughout the week and post them on our social media, particularly Instagram and Facebook. We typically take group pictures featuring finished artwork, with few in-progress photos. If this is an issue, please let us know.
Payments
$150 per week or $35 per day per camper.
Once this form has been submitted, we will send out an invoice to your provided email. We send out invoices on the 1st and 15th of each month. Payments are due by Monday at 9:00 of your first chosen week. If your camper is attending individual days, we accept cash and card at drop off.
Week Descriptions:
June 10-14, Art Around the World (FULL!)
Recommended Age: 5+
Each day we'll explore art from across continents, then create a fun project based on what we learn! Explore art forms and techniques such as Sumi-e, Talavera, and Alebrije.
June 17-21, When I Grow up, I want to be an Artist
Ages: 5+
Each day we look at a different art career, meet a working artist, and create projects based on what we learn! Campers will meet between 1-5 artists, both online and in-studio visits!
June 24-28, Make an Impact
Ages: 8+
Make art using the new Three R's! Rethink, Reform, Reborn! Learn about upcycling and create projects for a better world. Projects include: customized tshirts/fashion pieces, patches, masks, collage, found object art, and more!
July 8-12, Art Adventure
Ages: 5+
Each day we'll explore a piece of art history and culture, then create a fun project based on what we learn! Take a walk through time as we learn about art from BC to AD all over our world! Create fun projects such as cave painting (in a cave!), masks, painting, and so much more!
